Hi, I’m Katherine. I work with high-performing, people-pleasing women who’ve spent years stuck in patterns of perfectionism and overfunctioning - women who are ready to rediscover the parts of themselves that got lost along the way, and reconnect with the woman they were always meant to be.

I specialize in working with high-performing women navigating chronic stress, autoimmune symptoms, injury, and medically unexplained conditions. Whether you’re managing an ongoing health struggle or recovering from a physical injury, your body is carrying a story that’s asking to be heard.

These invisible (and not-so-invisible) symptoms often have roots in trauma, experiences your nervous system never fully processed.

Through trauma-informed therapy, Brainspotting, and nervous system regulation, we gently uncover the patterns you developed to survive. We explore how those patterns are showing up in your body, performance, and relationships - and create space for a new way of being.

Not the version of you who performs or pleases.
But the one who feels grounded, connected, and whole.

My Approach

I blend trauma-informed therapy, Brainspotting, family systems theory, polyvagal theory, and sport psychology to support deep healing and optimal performance.

Our work starts by helping you understand your nervous system. Together, we explore how past experiences shaped the current patterns keeping you stuck—whether that looks like overfunctioning, burnout, chronic pain, people-pleasing, not making waves, or emotional disconnection.

I’ll help you learn to listen to your body with curiosity instead of criticism, and build tools for true regulation and resilience.
